Our client required additional workshop space in their business premises. Their existing workshop had a storage mezzanine are above, so this was utilised to create a new mezzanine workshop space on a 1st floor. We built walls, insulated, plaster-boarded and skimmed, with an insulated suspended ceiling installed, lighting, power and heating.
