Property Refurbishment in Skegness

This project took advantage of all the skills available at Matthew Bray Interiors. The soon-to-be-let property was like a time warp from the 1960s, needing a complete transformation. After creating a comprehensive action plan with detailed costings, I won the project and set to work on the following:
● Stripping all wallpaper and re-plastering● Whole-house electrical rewire● Back boiler removal● New energy-efficient combi boiler and radiators● New custom-built kitchen● New bathroom● 2x fitted bedrooms with wardrobes and matching bedside drawers● Fully redecorated ● New Herringbone luxury vinyl (LVT) flooring throughout● Garden cleared● Sheds, a conservatory, and outbuildings were demolished and removed due to safety issues.
