● Removal of existing chimney breast and "Adams" style fireplace● Construction of new stud and plasterboard media wall● Existing doorway removed and reduced from double door to single door● Electrical work to include new lighting, downlights and speaker cabling, additional sockets (USB)● All walls, ceiling and new media wall skimmed and painted● Woodwork painted● 4x walls and alcoves papered (client supplied paper)● New skirting, architrave● Glue down LVT flooring completed by client's own contractor
