Give Your Room a Fresh Start.

Sometimes a room doesn’t need ripping apart and starting again. It just needs all those tired finishes, little repairs and jobs you’ve been putting off brought together and sorted properly.

A Room Refresh from Matthew Bray Interiors takes care of everything needed to transform your room into a space you’ll enjoy again — without the hassle of finding and organising several different trades.

One room. One list. One person to sort it.

Everything Taken Care Of

A Room Refresh can be as simple or as comprehensive as your room needs.

You might just want fresh decoration and new flooring, or there may be skirting to replace, shelving to fit, damaged walls to repair, electrical fittings to update and dozens of little finishing jobs that need attention.

Rather than arranging different people for each part of the job, just tell me how you’d like the room to look and I’ll take it from there.

Decorating

Careful preparation followed by a quality finish to walls, ceilings and woodwork.

Flooring

New laminate or click-LVT flooring to completely change the look and feel of the room.

Carpentry

Skirting, architrave, shelving, boxing-in and other internal carpentry and finishing work.

Repairs & Preparation

Those little problems that need sorting before the room can look its best — damaged walls, tired sealant, loose fittings and general repairs.

Electrical Finishing Touches

Appropriate minor electrical work such as changing fittings, sockets and switches can often be incorporated into the project.

The Little Things

Pictures, mirrors, curtain poles, blinds, shelving, furniture assembly and all those finishing jobs that turn a newly decorated room into a finished room.

You Don’t Need to Organise Everyone

That’s the whole point.

Home improvement projects can quickly become a headache when you find yourself trying to coordinate decorators, flooring fitters, carpenters and other trades just to finish one room.

With a Room Refresh, you deal directly with me.

Where specialist work is required, I can arrange trusted tradespeople as part of the project where appropriate.

One point of contact. One plan. And a lot less running around for you.

Perfect for Rooms That Just Feel… Tired

Not every room needs a major renovation.

Sometimes you’ve lived with the same decoration for years. The flooring has seen better days. The skirting is battered. There are holes where old shelves used to be. The sockets look dated. And there’s a collection of little jobs you've been meaning to get around to forever.

Individually, none of them seem particularly significant.

Together, sorting them can completely transform the room.

That’s exactly what a Room Refresh is designed for.

Often overlooked, but one of the biggest opportunities to improve how your home feels as soon as you walk through the door.

Spare Rooms

Turn the room that’s gradually become a dumping ground into a proper part of your home again.

1. Tell Me About Your Room

Complete the simple ONLINE FORM and tell me what you’d like to change. You can upload photographs too, which really helps.

2. I'll Take a Look

For straightforward work, I may be able to prepare an estimate from the information and photographs you send me.

If I need to see the room first, I’ll arrange a convenient time to visit and talk through what you’d like done.

3. Receive Your Estimate

I’ll send everything over digitally so you can see the proposed work and costs clearly.

If you're happy to proceed, you can accept it online.

4. Leave The Rest To Me

Once everything is agreed, we’ll arrange the work and I’ll take care of getting your room from “we really need to do something with this” to somewhere you’re proud of again.

You’ll deal directly with me, Matt, from your initial enquiry through to completion.
No salespeople. No call centres. No being passed from person to person.
Just friendly, straightforward service from someone local.
